| 目的：探讨前列地尔联合参芪扶正注射液治疗IgA 肾病的临床疗效。方法：选取2011 年3 月～2015 年7 月于我院就诊的
IgA 肾病患者60例，按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为2 组，每组各30 例。对照组患者给予前列地尔，实验组患者在对照组的基
础上联合使用参芪注射液。比较治疗前后两组患者血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、血尿素氮、血浆白蛋白及24 小时尿蛋白水平，同时比较
治疗结束后两组患者的临床总有效率。结果：治疗前相比，两组患者治疗后的血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、24 小时尿蛋白水平均降低
(P＜0.05)；血浆白蛋白水平均升高(P＜0.05)，且实验组患者血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、血尿素氮及24 小时尿蛋白水平较对照组更低
(P＜0.05)，血浆白蛋白水平更高(P＜0.05)。与对照组相比，实验组患者临床总有效率较高(P＜0.05)。结论：前列地尔联合参芪扶正
注射液能够提高IgA 肾病患者的临床总有效率，可能与升高血浆白蛋白水平有关。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on patients with IgA
nephropathy.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with IgA nephropathy admitted in our hospital from March 2011 to July 2015 were
selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control
group were treated by alprostadil, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the basis of
control group. After treatment, the serum cystatin C, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, serum albumin and 24 hour urinary protein levels
and the total clinical effective rate were compared between two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment, the serum cystatin C,
serumcreatinine (SCR), 24 hour urinary protein levels of both groups were decreased after treatment (P<0.05); while the plasma albumin
levels were significantly increased (P<0.05). The serum cystatin C, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen (bun) and 24 hours urinary protein
level of experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05); the plasma albumin levels was higher (P<0.05). The
total clinical efficiency of experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Alprostadil combined with
Shenqi Fuzheng injection could effectively improve the total clinical efficiency in the treatment of IgA Nephropathy, which might be related
to the increase of plasma albumin level. |
