目的:研究预成纤维桩和可塑纤维桩修复残根残冠的临床效果,并评估患者的咀嚼功能,为改善患者预后提供临床依据。方
法:选择2014 年9 月-2015 年8 月在本院诊治的残根残冠修复患者136 例,161 颗牙,随机分为对照组和观察组,两组各68 例,
对照组80 颗牙,应用可塑纤维桩修复;观察组81颗牙,应用预成纤维桩修复。观察两组患牙临床疗效,并评估咀嚼功能,观察其
不良反应。结果:观察组的临床治疗效果和松动度均好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=8.30、8.21,P<0.05);观察组咬合力和咀
嚼效率分别为(10.97± 1.16)kg 和(87.56± 1.16)%,均高于对照组(9.38± 1.04)kg 和(83.38± 1.04)%,差异具有统计学意义(t=9.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture point massage auxiliary treatment of depression patients.Methods:136 patients with residual roots and crowns, 161 teeth were selected in our hospital from September in 2014 to August in 2015.
They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 68 cases of each group. 80 teeth of the control group were
used plastic fiber post restorations, and 81 teeth of the observation group were used prefabricated fiber post restorations. The clinical
efficacy and chewing function were evaluated, and the adverse reactions were detected.Results:The clinical curative efficacy and
loosening of the observation group were better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=8.30,8.21,
P<0.05); the bite force and masticatory efficiency of the observation group were (10.97 ± 1.16) kg and (87.56 ± 1.16)%, both higher
than (9.38± 1.04) kg and (83.38 ± 1.04)% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=9.16, 9.70, P <0.05).
The number of visits of the observation group were (2.31 ± 0.38) times, lower than (3.63± 0.42)times of the control group, and the
difference was statistically significant (t=8.29, P<0.05). In comparison of the adverse reactions of two group, the difference was not
statistically significant (X2=0.76, P>0.05).Conclusion:The prefabricated fiber post has good clinical repair effect for the residual roots
and crowns, and it can restore the teeth chewing function and reduce the number of further consultation. |
