及基因治疗等领域。本文从干细胞的来源、分离、纯化鉴定、培养与应用等方面进行综述。 |

| Epidermal stem cells (ESCs) were specific stem cell, which have the potential of proliferation and multi-directional
differentiation. Epidermal stem cell located in epidermal basal layer and the eminence of hair follicle. At present, researches of epidermal
stem cells in isolation, purifying, culture have made great progress. It was mainly applied in skin wound healing, building of tissue-engineered
skin and gene therapy. This article reviews epidermal stem cells about its cell source, isolation, purifying, identification, culture
and application. |
