      体外受精-胚胎移植技术已成为当今治疗不育症的主要手段,为取得令人满意的临床妊娠率,体外受精(IVF)实验室的空气 质量控制成为生殖助孕工作者关注的重点。胚胎培养室的挥发性有机化合物(volatile organic compounds,VOCs)含量对配子- 胚 胎发育的影响至关重要,体外胚胎对VOCs的耐受能力差,其含量超过一定界限时则会对配子和胚胎造成影响。本文概述了IVF 实验室VOCs的来源,VOCs的生殖毒性,VOCs的测定方法以及胚胎培养室内VOCs 的控制途径等,旨在更严格的进行IVF实验 室的空气质量控制,尽可能杜绝VOCs的污染,提高IVF的成功率。
英文摘要:
      In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer procedures have become a useful technique for treating in fertility. The major concern of an IVF laboratory is the air quality control which can improve the high pregnancy rate. The effect of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) is vital important to the gamete-embryo development in the embryo culture room. The tolerance ability of in vitro embryo is poor to VOCs, and it will affect the embryo and the embryo when its content is more than a certain limit. This paper summarizes the sources of VOCs in the IVF laboratory, the reproductive toxicity of VOCs, the control ways of VOCs of the embryo culture room, etc. The aim is to control IVF laboratory air quality more strictly, as far as possible to eliminate the pollution of VOCs, and improve the success rate of IVF.
