      目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助教学在肝胆外科临床教学中的应用价值。方法:选择2015 年1 月-2015 年6 月在我院肝胆外科见习 的本科生90 人,依据随机数字表法随机分为观察组(48 人)和对照组(42 人),观察组采用腹腔镜技术辅助教学,对照组采用传统 教学。带教课程结束后,比较两组学生理论考试成绩和临床操作考核评分,并自行设计问卷调查临床见习效果和学生对教学方法 的评价。结果:观察组学生理论考试成绩和临床操作评分均高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。观察组学生在对肝胆外科解剖了解是否提 高、对疾病病理特征了解是否提高、对肝胆外科疾病诊断能力是否提高、对手术过程了解是否提高4 个维度的满意度均高于对照 组(P<0.05)。观察组学生在是否对学习积极性有所提高、是否对解决问题能力有所提高、课堂交流是否增多、是否希望在今后教学 中继续应用方面的评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜辅助教学用于肝胆外科临床教学,能够更好的提高学生对基础理论和 临床见习的学习效果,值得推广借鉴。

      Objective:To explore the application value of laparoscopic-assisted teaching in the clinical teaching of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:A total of 90 undergraduate trainees, who practiced in the department of hepatobiliary surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2015 to June 2015, were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=48) and control group (n=42). The control group was given the traditional teaching method, while the observation group, laparoscopy-assisted teaching method. After the teaching course,the theory and clinical operation examination scores were compared in the two groups, and the questionnaires were self-designed to evaluate the efficacy of clinical practice and teaching method of the two groups.Results:The theory and clinical operation scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction degrees of improvement of understanding on anatomy, pathological features,disease diagnosis ability and operation process in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction degrees of improvement of learning initiative, problem-solving skills,classroom exchanging and application in future teaching in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of laparoscopic-assisted teaching in clinical teaching of hepatobiliary surgery can improve basic theory learning and clinical practice,which is worthy of promotion and reference.
