Objective:To analyze the application value of 5 indexes detection of thyroid function in pregnant women, in order to
provide a basis for setting the reference value range of thyroid function indexes in pregnant women. Methods:A total of 826 cases of
healthy pregnant women (as experimental group), who were admitted to Chengdu Women and Children Center Hospital from August
2013 to December 2014, and 794 cases of non pregnant and childbearing age women(as control group) were chosen as research subjects.
The 5 indexes[triiodothyronine, (TT3), tetraiodothyronine(TT4), thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH), free three iodine thyroid gland(FT3)
and free thyroxine (FT4)] of thyroid function of all the subjects were detected by chemiluminescence method, The abnormal rate of
thyroid function in the two groups was compared, and the differences of 5 indexes in the early, middle and late stages of experimental
group were compared with control group.Results:(1)The abnormal rate (39.10%) of thyroid function in the experimental group was
significantly higher than that(17.63%) of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); (2)The levels of TT4 and FT4
in experimental group were gradually decreased along with the development of pregnancy, while the level of TSH was gradually
increased, which were all lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); And the levels of FT3 and TT3
in different pregnancy stages had no significance, but they were slightly lower than control group (P>0.05).Conclusion:5 indexes
detection of thyroid function should be used as one of the must check items of pregnant women, and it is necessary to set the reference
value range of these 5 indexes for early, middle and late stages detection. |
