目的:探讨雷帕霉素联合紫杉醇对子宫内膜癌STAT3 表达的影响及其临床意义。方法:选取我院收治的子宫内膜癌患者90
例,随机分为对照组及实验组,对照组采用常规化疗治疗,实验组采用雷帕霉素联合紫杉醇化疗治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗
前后细胞生长抑制率以及干扰素、生长因子、白细胞介素及STAT3 水平的变化情况。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后细胞
生长抑制率、生长因子、白细胞介素及STAT3 表达水平均降低,而干扰素水平升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比
较,实验组患者治疗后细胞生长抑制率、生长因子、白细胞介素及STAT3 表达水平较低,而干扰素水平较高,差异具有统计学意义
(P<0.05)。结论:雷帕霉素联合紫杉醇可改善机体免疫功能活性,增强肿瘤细胞免疫活性,阻断细胞恶性增殖有丝分裂进程,提高
吞噬细胞对肿瘤细胞杀伤性,临床疗效较化疗优异,可作为临床有效治疗方案,并具有重要意义。 |

Objective:To investigate the effect of paclitaxel combined with rapamycin on the STAT3 expression in patients with
endometrial carcinoma.Methods:90 patients with endometrial carcinoma who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly
divided into the control group and the experiment group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional chemotherapy,
while the patients in the experiment group were treated with paclitaxel and rapamycin. Then the cell growth inhibition rate and the
changes of the interferon, the growth factor, the interleukin and STAT3 in the two groups were observed and compared before and after
the treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment, the cell growth inhibition rate and the expression levels of the growth factor, the
interleukin and the STAT3 in the two groups decreased, and the levels of the interferon increased, and the differences were statistically
significant (P<0.05); Compared with the control group after treatment, the cell growth inhibition rate and the expressions of the growth
factor, the interleukin and the STAT3 in the experiment group were lower, and the level of the interferon was higher, and the differences
were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapamycin combined with paclitaxel can improve the immune function and the
activity of immune cells, enhance the malignant proliferation of cells that blocked mitosis process with significant efficacy, which is
worthy of clinical application. |
