Hemorrhoids is one of the most common anorectal diseases and the treatments are various and there is no uniform
treatment standards. In clinic, although hemorrhoids is given priority to conservative treatment, for II degree symptomatic hemorrhoids
and more severe hemorrhoids, surgery is still the most important choice. The best treatment for symptomatic hemorrhoids is still
controversial, the treatment of hemorrhoids, including non-surgical treatment, conventional hemorrhoidectomy hemorrhoids and
minimally invasive surgery, are in continuous improvement and explored. Clinicians always hope to find a method with the advantages of
low recurrence rate, high safety, reliable, short hospital stay and less pain or even painless to cure hemorrhoids. With the development of
surgical procedures and technology, treatments of hemorrhoids we have also made great progress. In this article, we reviewed treatments
of hemorrhoids including non-surgical treatments, invasive surgery and minimally invasive surgery, which offer a theoretical basis for the
clinical treatments of hemorrhoids. |
