      血浆游离DNA(Plasma cell-free DNA,cf-DNA)是存在于人体血液中一种无细胞状态的胞外DNA。
Plasma cell-free DNA (cf-DNA) is a cell-free DNA which existing in the in the extracellular blood. As a marker of cell death, cf-DNA has been used to detect and diagnose a variety of acute or chronic diseases and to evaluated their prognosis In recent years. Although a certain amount cf-DNA in the plasma of healthy people could be detected, the high level of cf-DNA have been reported in cancer, autoimmune disease, stroke, sepsis, preeclampsia, and organ transplant rejection. This article aims at the progress of cf-DNA in the clinical. It have been found that the specificity of the cf-DNA could be higher than other biomarkers on the basis of the new advances on the diagnosis of cancer, prenatal, sepsis and immune senescence assess for elderly people, as well as the mechanism of tumor metastasis. It has been unclear on the mechanism for older individuals, the inflammation hypothesis. The difficulty is the way to assess a clear marker of aging people. However, cf-DNA concentrations may represent a systemic inflammatory response and death in the elderly the rate of new biomarkers. These studies have made cf-DNA in clinical work even brighter future.
