Objective:To compare the effect of amlodipine and bisoprolol on the central artery pressure (CAP) and carotid artery
intima-media thickness (IMT) of hypertensive patients combined with angina pectoris.Methods:76 cases of hypertensive patients
combined with angina pectoris admitted in our hospital fromAugust 2013 to September 2014 were randomly divided into the observation
group and the control group, 38 cases in each group. The observation group was given amlodipine 5 mg/d, while the control group was
given bisoprolol 2.5 mg/d for 1 years. The changes of blood pressure, CAP and IMT before and after treatment in two groups were
measured and compared, and the therapeutic effect of angina pectoris was measured and compared. Results:In the observation group
after treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and IMT were (130.36 ± 5.09) mmHg (73.38± 5.76) mmHg (0.89±
0.08) mm, which were lower than those of the control group (144.82 ± 6.54) mmHg, (84.89 ± 6.14) mmHg and (1.01± 0.12) mm, the
differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). And the total efficiency of observation group was 89.47%, which was higher than that
of the control group(76.32%), but no statistically significant difference was found between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical
efficacy of amlodipine was equal to bisoprolol in the treatment of hypertensive patients combined with angina pectoris, but it could more
effectively reduce the CAP and IMT than bisoprolol. |
