目的:通过对榆林市初发2 型糖尿病患者的胰岛功能进行跟踪观察,探讨初发2 型糖尿病患者胰岛功能的变化特点。方法:
选取榆林市1220 例初发2 型糖尿病患者作为观察对象,跟踪随访12 个月,在就诊后的3 个月、6 个月及12 个月时,检测全部患
者的血糖水平、C- 肽释放量,计算胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-beta)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),观察总结患者的胰岛功能变化特
点。结果:随访期间,糖尿病患者C-肽释放量持续降低,且在就诊后3 个月内,C-肽释放量下降明显(P<0.05),与就诊后6 个月
时及12 个月时比较,糖尿病患者胰岛素放量持续降低,就诊后3 个月内下降最明显(P<0.05);患者胰岛素分泌指数持续降低
(P<0.05),胰岛素抵抗指数持续升高(P<0.05),且与6 个月时和12 个月时比较,3 个月时变化幅度最为显著(P<0.05)。结论:随着
病程的延长,初发2 型糖尿病患者胰岛功能逐渐降低,二者具有显著相关性,且3 个月内患者的胰岛功能下降最为显著。 |

Objective:Through the Yulin City Rural of islet function in patients with incipient diabetic tracking observation, to
study the change of islet function in patients with incipient diabetic characteristics.Methods:Selection of Yulin City Rural at the beginning
of 1220 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus as research object, 12 months follow-up, the clinic after 3 months, 6 months and 12
months, all patients to detect blood sugar change, c-peptide release quantity, calculate insulin secretion index (HOMA-beta) and insulin
resistance index (HOMA IR), summarizes the characteristic of islet function in patients with changes.Results:During the follow-up period,
the amount of C-peptide release in patients with diabetes decreased continuously, and the amount of C-decreased significantly in the 3
months after treatment (P<0.05). Compared with 6 months after treatment and 12 months after treatment, the volume of insulin in diabetic
patients continued to decrease, the most obvious decline in 3 months after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:With the extension of course,
the incipient diabetic islets function gradually reduce, both have significant correlation, and patients within 3 months of the most significant
the islet function. |
