目的:研究成人尺桡骨中上段双骨折使用背侧单切口与桡尺侧双切口钢板内固定的治疗效果。方法:选择我院2011 年3 月
至2014 年7 月行双钢板治疗成年尺桡骨中上段双骨折患者41例,其中手术入路选择背侧单切口患者25例,选择背侧双切口患
者16 例。比较两种手术方式的临床效果。结果:背侧单切口入路组患者在手术出血、切口长度等方面要优于背侧双切口组(P<
0.01);两组在术前时间、骨折愈合时间方面未见明显差异(P> 0.05)。单切口组的疼痛VAS 评分在术后1 周和术后12 周时要优
于双切口组(P< 0.05);单切口组的膝关节HSS 评分在术后1 周时要优于双切口组(P< 0.01),而在术后12 周时两组未见明显差
异(P>0.05)。结论:选择背侧入路单切口和双切口双钢板治疗尺桡骨中上段双骨折均有较好的临床效果,而背侧单切口入路,手
术操作相对简单易行,创伤较小,术后恢复较好。 |

Objective:To study the efficacy of the plate internal fixation with single incision and double incision in treatment of
facture of the upper and middle segment of forearm.Methods:In our hospital fromMarch 2011 to July 2014, 41 cases of adult fracture of
middle and upper segment of ulnar and radius, were selected and treated with double plate internal fixation. Among these, 25 patients
were given single incision on dorsal side, and 16 patients were adopted double incision on dorsal side. The clinical effect of two surgical
procedures was compared.Results:The single incision group were superior to the double incision group (P<0.01) in the surgical bleeding
and wound length, and there was no significant difference in the preoperative time and fracture healing time between the two groups (P >
0.05). VAS pain score in postoperative 1 week and 12 weeks in single incision group were superior to the double incision group (P<0.
05); single incision group HSS knee score in postoperative 1 week was superior to the double incision group (P<0.01), but there was no
significant difference in postoperative 12 weeks between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Both single incision and double incision of
dorsal side have good clinical effect in the treatment of double forearm fracture, but the operation of the single incision is relatively simple,
less trauma and can receive better postoperative recovery. |
