      目的:观察巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(Macrophage migration Inhibitory Factor,MIF)在多发性骨髓瘤(Multiple Myeloma ,MM)患 者血浆中的表达及与肿瘤负荷指标包括血茁2-微球蛋白(serum 茁2 microglobulin,茁2-MG)、C-反应蛋白(C- reactive protein, CRP)、乳酸脱氢酶(lactic acid dehydrogenase,LDH)、血清白蛋白(serumalbumin,ALB)的相关性。方法:随机选择多发性骨髓瘤患 者30 例作为观察组,28 例健康人为对照组。以ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)方法检测两组人群静脉血浆 MIF浓度,并检测观察组肿瘤负荷相关指标,分析与MIF相关性。结果:①与对照组MIF检测浓度值比较(2386.76± 679.66 pg/mL),观察组血浆MIF浓度明显高表达(8153.18.16± 2043.73 pg/ml),两组比较,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。②MIF与beta2-MG、 CRP呈正相关(p=0.031、0.021;r=0.712、0.46);与ALB 呈负相关(p=0.047;-0.215);与LDH无明显相关性(P=0.679)。结论:MIF检 测在多发性骨髓瘤的临床诊断、分期和判断预后有重要参考价值。

      Objective:To observe the correlation of the expression of Macrophage migration inhibitory factor in Multiple myeloma patient's plasma and the tumor load indexes including serum beta2 microglobulin(beta2-MG), C-reactive Protein(CRP), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and serum albumin(ALB).Methods:30 MM patients were chosen randomly as observation group, 28 healthy people were chosen as control group. The expression of MIF level was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in each group, and the indexes of tumor load were detected in observation group. At last,we researched on the association of MIF with tumor load indexes.Results:① compared with the detected concentration(2386.76± 679.66 pg/mL)of the control group, the serum MIF concentration of observation group had high expression significantly (8153.18.16 ± 2043.73 pg/mL), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②there was apositive correlation(p=0.031, 0.021; r=0.712, 0.46)between levels of MIF and 茁2-MG, CRP. there was a negative correlation between level of ALB (p=0.047; -0.215), and there was no obvious correlation (P=0.679)with level of LDH.Conclusion:MIF detection had important value on MM's clinical diagnosis, clinical stage, and judging prognosis.
