| 长链非编码RNA (1ong non-coding RNA，lncRNA) 是一组长度超过200 bp、缺少特异开放阅读框、不具备完整蛋白编码功
能的RNA，其在表观遗传学调控以及转录和转录后调控等方面发挥重要作用。目前，在乳腺癌和肝癌中对LncRNA的研究颇多，
而对胃癌中LncRNA的报道却刚刚兴起。近几年越来越多的研究发现，在胃癌中有很多特异表达的LncRNA 与胃癌的发生、发
展、侵袭、转移密切相关。本文结合国内外最新研究就lncRNA 在胃癌中的研究进展作一简要综述，主要介绍了LncRNA在肿瘤
研究中的最新发现，尤其是其与胃癌发生发展的密切联系，旨在为胃癌的诊断和治疗提供新思路。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| RNAs are often defined as Long non coding RNAs (LncRNAs) if the length of themexceeding 200 bp and containing
no functional open-reading frames, lacking the ability to code a complete protein. LncRNAs play important roles in the regulation of epigenetics
and transcriptional and post-transcriptional processes. At present, it has been reported mainly in breast cancer and liver cancer.
However, there is barely any report on gastric cancer. In recent years, a growing number of studies have found that there are some specific
LncRNAs, which are deeply involved in the development, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. Considering the latest research advances
of lncRNA in gastric cancer at home and abroad, we make a brief overview to introduce the latest progresses of LncRNA in cancer
research, particularly the close link between LncRNA and the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, aiming to provide new
ideas for diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. |
