      目的:探讨SDF-1/CXCR4 及VEGF-C 在喉癌淋巴结转移中的作用机制。方法:随机选取2012 年8 月至2015 年8月我院收 治的90 例喉癌患者,将这些患者作为研究组,另选取20 例具有相应正常粘膜组织的患者为对照组,运用免疫组化SP 法对CXCR4 及VEGF- C及SDF- 1 进行检测,分析SDF-1/CXCR4 及VEGF-C 在喉癌淋巴结组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。 结果:喉癌组织中CXCR4、VEGF-C、SDF-1 的阳性表达率均显著高于正常组织(P<0.05);Ⅲ+Ⅳ患者CXCR4、VEGF-C、SDF-1 的阳 性表达率均显著高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ患者(P<0.05);低分化患者CXCR4、VEGF-C 的阳性表达率均显著高于高中分化患者(P<0.05),但 SDF-1 阳性表达率之间比较,差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);淋巴结转移患者CXCR4、VEGF-C、SDF-1 的阳性表达率均显著 高于未发生淋巴结转移的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、病变部位患者CXCR4、VEGF-C、SDF-1 阳性表达率之间 比较,差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);喉癌组织中CXCR4 及VEGF-C阳性表达均呈显著的正相关关系(P<0.05);阴性表达也 均呈显著的正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:SDF-1/CXCR4 及VEGF-C 在喉癌淋巴结转移中高表达,可能共同促进喉癌淋巴结转移。

      Objective:To investigate the mechanismof SDF-1 / CXCR4 and VEGF-C in laryngeal cancer lymph node metastasis.Methods:90 cases of laryngeal cancer patients in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2015 were randomly selected, these patients were regarded as the study group, and the other 20 cases of patients with the corresponding normal tissue were selected as the control group, the CXCR4 , VEGF- C and SDF- 1 mRNA expression were detected by RT-PCR method, and the VEGF- C CXCR4 protein and SDF- 1 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method, and then the relationship between the SDF-1/CXCR4 expression and VEGF-C expression and clinicopathological features in laryngeal lymph node tissue, CXCR4 and VEGF-C in laryngeal carcinoma were analyzed.Results:The CXCR4, VEGF-C, SDF-1mRNA, protein expression of carcinoma were significantly higher than normal tissues (P<0.05); the CXCR4, VEGF-C, SDF-1mRNA, protein expression positive rates of Ⅲ + Ⅳ patients were significantly higher than Ⅰ+ Ⅱ patients (P<0.05); the CXCR4, VEGF-CmRNA, protein expression of poorly differentiated patients were significantly higher than high + differentiation patients (P<0.05); the CXCR4, VEGF-C, SDF-1mRNA, protein expressions of lymph node metastasis patients were significantly higher than patients without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05); the CXCR4protein and VEGF-CmRNA positive expressions of laryngeal carcinoma showed significant positive correlations (P<0.05), negative also showed significant positive correlations (P<0.05).Conclusion:SDF-1/CXCR4 and VEGF-C in laryngeal cancer lymph node metastasis have higher expression, they may promote laryngeal lymph node metastases together.
