Objective:To investigate the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with acupuncture
on diabetic lower extremity arterial disease (DLEAD).Methods:90 cases with DLEAD patients fromour hospital were selected and
randomly divided into the control group, the experimental group1 and the experimental group 2. The control group was treated with
DLEAD basic therapy. The experimental group1 were treated with treatment of Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and removing
blood stasis on the base of the control group. The experimental group 2 were treated with acupuncture on the base of the experiment
group1. The FBG, P2hBG, HbAlc, serumIL-6, ET-1 level and PAgT %, ABI were tested and compared before and after treatment. Results:Compared with before treatment, the FBG, P2hBG and HbAlc were lower after treatment (P<0.05), more obviously in the two
experimental group than the control group (P<0.05), and it was obviously lower in experimental group 2 than that of the experimental
group1 (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the serum IL-6, ET-1 level and PAgT%were decreased after treatment (P<0.05),
more obviously in experimental group than the control group (P<0.05), and it was obviously lower in experimental group 2 than that of
group1 (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the ABI were better (P<0.05), and the experimental group was superior to control
group (P<0.05), and the experimental group2 was superior to group1 (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Chinese medicine of promoting blood
circulation and removing blood stasis combined with acupuncture can adjust serum level of IL-6 and ET-1, reduce PAgT %, improve
ABI, and effectively improve the clinical curative effect of DLEAD patients, improve the prognosis and the quality of life of patients. |
