Objective:To explore the clinical application value of lung ultrasonography (LUS) in the diagnosis of children community
acquired pneumonia (CAP).Methods:A total of 95 children, who were diagnosed as CAP in First Affiliated Hospital of Sichuan
Medical University from April 2013 to November 2014, were selected. According to anterior axilary line and posterior axillary line, the
lungs were divided into front, behind and side regions, then all the children were inspected by LUS, the pleural line, line B, the degree of
lung consolidation and pleural effusion and air-filled bronchi were observed. Results:After the LUS inspection, there were 93 positive
children, and 2 negative children, the accuracy rate was 97.89%. The main characteristics of LUS inspection of CAP were alveolar interstitial
syndrome, air-filled bronchi, pleural line abnormalities and pleural effusion. There were 80 (84.21%) children with symptom-complex,
and 15 (15.79%) children with symptom-single in LUS inspection. Conclusion:LUS has a high accuracy rate in the diagnosis of
children CAP, with safety and reliability, which can be used for clinical diagnosis. |
