      N- 乙酰基- 丝氨酰- 天冬氨酰- 赖氨酰- 脯氨酸(N-acetyl-seryl-aspartyl-lysyl-proline, AcSDKP)是广泛存在于哺乳动物体内 的乙酰化小分子四肽,具有广泛的生理功能。近年来,AcSDKP 参与组织器官细胞外基质沉积和纤维化调控的作用与机制越来越 受到国内外学者的重视,已有研究发现其对心、肝、肺、肾等器官纤维化有抑制作用,而这些作用与各器官的产纤维细胞关系密 切。本文就AcSDKP 对心、肝、肺、肾内的产纤维细胞功能影响的研究进展展开综述。

      N-acetyl-seryl-aspartyl-lysyl-proline (N-acetyl-seryl-aspartyl-lysyl-proline, AcSDKP) , an acetylated small molecule tetrapeptide with broad physiological functions, is widespread in the mammalian. In recent years, the essential role and mechanism of AcSDKP in regulation of extracellular matrix deposition continues to gain attention in the field of tissue and organ fibrosis. It is found that AcSDKP has an anti-fibrotic effect in the heart, liver, lung and kidney, etc, and this effect is closely related to the fibrogenic cells in these tissues or organs, mainly residential fibroblasts. The effects of AcSDKP on these fibrogenic cells will be reviewed in this paper.
