| 目的：探讨急诊昏迷患者的迅速分诊与急救方法。方法：参照5 级急诊预检分诊系统和急诊危重病降阶梯治疗方法，对我院
2012 年1月至2014 年12 月120例急诊治疗昏迷患者进行规范化分诊、急救护理，回顾性分析其诊疗效果。结果：120 例昏迷患
者有90 例（75.00%）治愈出院，17 例（14.17%）因病情平稳转至相关科室进行治疗，13 例（10.83%）病死，急诊治疗总有效率和病死
率分别为89.17%和10.83%。结论：分诊和急救处置的规范化对患者治愈和预后有重要影响。 |

| Objective:To explore the rapid triage and first aid for emergency coma patients.Methods:Referred 5 levels
emergency triage system and descending step method of emergency critical illness, implemented the standardized triage and first aid care
for 120 cases of emergency coma patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to November 2014. Then retrospectively
analyzed the clinical effect.Results:There were 90 patients (75.00%) cured, 17 patients (14.17%) were transferred to the relevant
departments when they were out of danger and 13 patients (10.83%) were dead in the 120 emergency coma patients, the total effective
rate and mortality were 89.17% and 10.83% respectively.Conclusion:The standardized triage and first aid plays an important role in
cure and prognosis for emergency coma patients. |
