      目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤对股骨颈骨折术后患者转化生长因子beta(TGF-beta)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、骨形成蛋白-2(BMP-2) 表达的影响。方法:选择2014 年2 月至2014 年8 月于我院接受治疗的股骨颈骨折患者80 例,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组 行常规治疗方案,实验组在常规治疗基础上加用血府逐瘀汤。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后自觉疼痛程度及骨折处骨组织TGF- beta、VEGF及BMP-2 表达的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者harris评分均高于治疗前,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的 骨折处骨组织TGF-beta、VEGF、BMP-2 水平均高于治疗前,实验组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤能 有效提高股骨颈骨折患者骨折处骨组织TGF-beta、VEGF、BMP-2 的表达,促进股骨颈骨折的恢复,值得临床应用和推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To study the effect of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction on the TGF- beta,VEGF and BMP-2 expressions in patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods:80 patients with femoral neck fractures who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The patients in the control group were treated with the routine method, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the routine treatment. Then the levels of TGF-beta, VEGF and BMP-2 in the two groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment.Results:The Harris score of both groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), which was significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group (P<0.05). The levels of TGF-beta, VEGF and BMP-2 in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction could promote the expressions of TGF-beta, VEGF and BMP-2 and the recovery of femoral neck fractures, which was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
