      细胞迁移是免疫应答、损伤修复等正常生理功能的基础,也和癌细胞侵袭、转移等病理现象有关。G 蛋白偶联受体激酶 (GRKs)是一大类能够磷酸化G 蛋白偶联受体(GPCRs)的激酶,共有7种亚型(GRK1~7),其中GRK2 是体内分布最广、被研究最 多的亚型。近年来的研究发现GRK2 能够与多种蛋白底物相互作用,在细胞迁移活动中起到重要的调控作用。本篇综述将对 GRK2 调控细胞迁移的研究结果进行归纳梳理,为将来进一步的机制研究提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Cell migration is the base of some physiological and pathological activities such as immune response, wound healing and cancer metastasis. G protein-coupled receptor kinases are a family of protein kinases that regulate the activity of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) by phosphorylating them, in which GRK2 is distributed the most-widely and studied. Many studies have found that GRK2 plays an important role in the regulation of cell migration by interaction with multiple substrates. This review will summarize research findings about the relationship between GRK2 and cell migration, and try to provide some reference for future studies.
