| 目的：研究CXCR4 及MMP-3 的表达与大小肾癌生物学特性的关系。方法：在上海市第一人民医院泌尿外科2004年6 月至
2010 年12 月行手术治疗的肾癌患者里，任意抽出20 例癌旁正常组织，30 例小肾癌，30 例大肾癌的标本，检验大小肾癌及正常肾
组织中CXCR4 及MMP-3 的表达情况。结果：肾癌中CXCR4 和MMP-3 的表达高于癌旁正常肾组织(P<0.01)，大肾癌CXCR4,
MMP-3 的表达高于小肾癌(P<0.05)。肾癌中两者的相关表达呈正相关。结论：MMP-3,CXCR4 在小肾癌中的低表达可能预示了小
肾癌恶性程度低、侵袭和转移能力小的生物学特点，可以预测肾癌的进展。 |

| Objective:To research the relationship of biological characteristics between the large RCC and small RCC and the expression
of MMP-3 and CXCR4.Methods:We chosed cases with small and large renal cell carcinoma fromJune 2004 to December 2010
in Shanghai NO.1 Hospital. The expression of CXCR4 and MMP-3 were detected by immunohistochemistry on normal renal tissue (20),
small RCC(30) and large RCC (30).Results:The expressions of MMP-3 and CXCR4 in RCC are higher than in normal tissue (P<0.01).
The expressions of MMP-3 and CXCR4 in large RCC is higher than in small RCC (P<0.05). It is positively related between the expressions
of MMP-3 and CXCR4 in RCC.Conclusion:The lower expressions of MMP-3 and CXCR4 in small RCC may predict the less
possibility of invasion and metastasis and less malignant in small RCC. MMP-3 and CXCR4 may be valuable for predicting prognosis of
renal cell cancer. |
