      目的:探讨曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及MMP-9、TIMP-1 表达的影响。方法:选取2012 年3 月至2014 年3月在 我院接受治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者100 例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50 例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组基 础上加用曲美他嗪治疗。观察并比较两组患者心率(HR)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)及MMP-9、TIMP-1 水平的变化情况。结果:与 治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后心率降低,LVEF升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者LVEF 高于对照组,差异具有统 计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后TIMP-1 升高,MMP-9 降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观 察组患者治疗后TIMP-1升高,MMP-9 降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计 学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸曲美他嗪用于治疗慢性心力衰竭具有良好的疗效,不仅可以调节血清MMP-9 及TIMP-1 水平,而且 能够改善患者心功能。

      Objective:To investigate the effects of trimetazidine on heart function and expressions of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:100 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine medicine, while the patients in the observation group were treated by the trimetazidine besides the conventional medicine. Then the heart rate (HR), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and the changes of MMP-9, TIMP-1 of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After the treatment, HR decreased and LVEF increased in the two groups (P<0.05); LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After the treatment, TIMP-1 increased and MMP-9 decreased in the two groups (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, TIMP-1 increased and MMP-9 decreased in the observation group and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine has good curative effect on the treatment of chronic heart failure by regulating the MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels and improving the heart functions.
