      阿尔兹海默病中一个重要的病理特点是神经原纤维缠结(NFTs),其与Tau 蛋白具有密切的关系。Tau 蛋白是含量最高的微 管相关蛋白。正常Tau 蛋白可与微管蛋白结合促进其有效聚合形成微管。而过度磷酸化的Tau 蛋白则会自我聚集,进而导致 NFTs 的形成。近年来,国内外就Tau 为主要靶点治疗AD有了很大进展。本文就Tau 蛋白在AD中的病理学意义,与A茁蛋白的 相互作用以及以Tau 为主要切入点对AD 进行治疗的方法作一综述。

      One of the most important pathological features of Alzheimer's disease (AD) is Neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs), which is closely related to tau protein. Tau protein is the microtubule associated protein with the highest content in cells. Normal tau protein can combine with tubulin to promote its effective polymerization and form microtubule. While hyperphosphorylated tau proteins will self-aggregate and result in intracellular neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs). In recent years, treatment of AD targeting on tau protein has come a long way. In this paper, we mainly reviewed the pathological significance of tau protein in AD, the interaction between A茁and tau, as well as the AD therapy taking tau as the main entry point.
