Objective:To investigate the effects of minimally invasive internal fixation system on inflammatory stress reaction and joint function of patients with distal femur fracture.Methods:100 cases of patients undergoing the treatment of distal femoral fractures in May 2011 to 2014 in our hospital were selected and according to the different methods, the patients were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive internal fixation system, while the patients in the control group were treated with femoral condyle plate fixation. Then the inflammatory reaction and joint function after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results:The operation time, amount of bleeding in operation, imaging examination in patients with healing time, activity time with complete loads in the observation group were superior than the control group, with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05); after the operation for 6 months and 12 months, the HSS and Harris scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05); after the operation, the IL-1, ACTHE and NE levels in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive internal fixation system can effectively reduce the operation wound and soft tissue injury, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
