目的:探讨二甲双胍对多囊卵巢不孕患者卵巢功能、雌激素水平及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:选取我院收治的多囊卵巢不孕
症患者72 例,根据用药不同分为对照组与实验组,每组36 例。对照组患者给予来曲唑促排卵治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上
予以二甲双胍治疗。观察并比较治疗前后两组患者的卵巢功能、雌激素水平、胰岛素抵抗及受孕情况。结果:与治疗前比较,两组
患者治疗后卵巢功能、雌激素水平、胰岛素抵抗及受孕情况均得到改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,实验组患
者治疗后卵巢功能显著改善,雌激素水平显著提高,胰岛素抵抗情况明显好转,受孕情况显著改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<
0.05)。结论:二甲双胍能够调节多囊卵巢不孕症患者的卵巢功能,提高雌激素水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,提高受孕率,值得临床推广
应用。 |

Objective:To investigate the effect of metformin on the improvement of ovarian function, the estrogen levels and the
insulin resistance of patients with polycystic infertility.Methods:72 patients with polycystic infertility who were treated in our hospital
were selected and according to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental
group with 36 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with ovulation induction, while the patients in the
experimental group were treated with metformin. Then the ovarian function, the estrogen levels and the insulin resistance of patients in
the two groups were compared and observed.Results:Compared with before, the ovarian function, the estrogen levels and the insulin
resistance of patients in the two groups improved after the treatment (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the ovarian function, the
estrogen levels, the insulin resistance and the conception of patients in the experimental group were better after the treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:The metformin can effectively improve the ovarian function, estrogen levels and insulin resistance of patients with polycystic
infertility, so as to improve the pregnancy rate, which is worthy of clinical application. |
