近年来,骨组织工程已成为口腔种植和正颌外科手术新的治疗靶点。骨组织工程包括种选取种子细胞,制备细胞生物支架,
构建细胞支架复合物体三大步骤,选取优良的种子细胞是其中最为重要的一环。牙髓干细胞凭借其自身多向分化潜能、来源广
泛、安全排斥小等特点成为优秀的骨组织工程种子细胞。然而,牙髓干细胞还存在分化方向不固定、分化效率偏低的问题。因此,
找到一个合适的微环境诱导牙髓干细胞产生更多的成骨细胞至关重要。牙髓干细胞成骨诱导应用最普遍的成骨诱导方式是矿化
液诱导。目前成骨分化相关的细胞因子成为了国内外学者的研究热点,包括骨涎蛋白(BSP)、骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP2)、骨桥蛋白
(OPN)、Runx2、纤维联结蛋白(FN)、腱生蛋白(TN)等。本文就这些细胞因子之间关系,及其吸附于生物材料表面诱导牙髓干细胞定
向成骨向分化的能力作一综述。 |

Resent years, bone-tissue engineering is one of the therapeutic targets in the field of dental implant and orthognathic
operation. Bone tissue engineering includes three parts: the selection of seed cells, preparation of cell biological scaffold, building of cell
scaffold composite. The most important part is the selection of good seed cells. Dental pulp stem cells which have good characteristics
such as multidirectional differentiation potential, extensive sources, safety, and minor immune rejection, are proven to be good seed cells
for the bone-tissue engineering. However, there are some problems: the differentiation direction is not site-specific, and the efficiency of
the differentiation is still low. Therefore, it is essential to find a microenvironment that enhances the growth and differentiation of
osteoblasts from dental pulp stem cells. Previously, the most common method is using osteogenic media to induce osteogenic
differentiation. At present, some cytokines have become the research hotspot home and abroad, including bone sialoprotein (BSP), bone
morphogenetic protein (BMP2), osteopontin (OPN), Runx2, fibronectin (FN), and tenascin (TN). The aim of this review is to determine
the relationship among the above cytokines, and their ability to coat different types of biomaterials and surfaces to enhance osteoblast
differentiation. |
