目的:探讨微切口超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床疗效。方法:选取2013 年1 月到2014 年1 月我
院收治的白内障合并青光眼患者100 例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组50 例,对照组给予常规超声乳化
联合小梁切除术进行治疗,研究组给予微切口超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗,比较两组术前、术后裸眼视力、散光、眼压,并比较
两组术后并发症。结果:两组术后裸眼视力、散光和眼压均较术前明显好转,与术前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组
术后裸眼视力、散光和眼压均优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,两
组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微切口超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼疗效确切,且术后并发症较

Objective:To study the clinical effect of micro-incision phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy in the treatment of
cataract and glaucoma.Methods:A total of 100 cases of cataract and glaucoma,who were admitted to Baoding First Central Hospital of
Hebei Province from January 2013 to January 2014, were selected and randomly divided into study group (n=50) and the control group
(n=50). The control group were given conventional phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy; the study group, micro-incision phacoemulsification
and trabeculectomy. The naked vision, astigmatism, and intraocular pressure before and after operation and postoperative complications
in the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with before operation, the naked vision, astigmatism, and intraocular
pressure after operation in the two groups were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the above indexes
of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05. The
incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically
significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Micro-incision phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy for cataract and glaucoma
treatment is effective, with fewer postoperative complications. |
