目的:探讨长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA, lncRNA)在氧化型低密度脂蛋白(oxidized low-density lipoprotein,
ox-LDL)诱导的损伤人脐静脉内皮细胞(human umbilical vein endothelial cells, HUVEC)与正常HUVEC 中表达谱的差异。方法:
采用lncRNA 芯片检测ox-LDL诱导的损伤HUVEC与正常HUVEC 中lncRNA 及mRNA的表达差异,筛选出HUVEC 损伤相
关的lncRNA。结果:相对于正常HUVEC,在ox-LDL诱导的损伤HUVEC中表达上调和下调超过2 倍的lncRNAs 和mRNAs 分
别有139 种和113 种,上调和下调超过4 倍的lncRNAs 和mRNAs 分别有35 种和28 种。结论:与正常HUVEC 比较,ox-LDL诱
导的损伤HUVEC 中lncRNA 的表达谱显著变化,lncRNA 可能在血管内皮细胞损伤过程中发挥一定作用。 |

Objective:To explore the expression profile long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) in oxidized low-density lipoprotein
(ox-LDL) treated human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) compared with normal HUVEC.Methods:The expression profiles of
lncRNA and mRNA in ox-LDL treated HUVEC compared with normal HUVEC were analyzed through the human lncRNA microarray.Results:141 lncRNAs and 113 mRNAs were identified to be different expression (fold change ≥ 2.0) in ox-LDL treated HUVEC
compared with normal HUVEC. 35 lncRNAs and 28 mRNAs were identified to be different expression (fold change≥ 4.0).Conclusion:Compared with normal HUVEC, there are evidently differentially expressed profiles of lncRNA in ox-LDL treated HUVEC. LncRNA
may play a partial role in endothelial dysfunction and damage. |
