      钙激活氯离子通道(CaCCs)是一种广泛存在的氯离子通道,参与众多生理功能,如:上皮细胞的离子分泌、嗅觉传导以及平 滑肌收缩等。由于通常情况下很难将CaCCs 介导的电流和钙离子依赖性阳离子流以及非钙离子依赖性氯离子流分开,因此其钙 离子依赖性机制的研究远远滞后于其他离子通道。本文综述了最新报道的CaCCs 分子基础跨膜蛋白TMEM16A 的发现和确立、 结构特点、钙离子结合位点、其电流发生机制,及其相关生理作用以及病理和药理功能的热点问题,并展望该领域的研究发展趋 势。

      Calcium activated chloride ion channels (CaCCs) is a kind of chloride ion channels widespread, involved in many physiological functions, such as: the epithelial cells of ion conduction and smooth muscle contraction, and secretion,and the sense of smell. Because it is hard to separate between normally CaCCs mediated electric current flow and calcium dependent cation dependence and non calcium chloride ion flow, so the research mechanismof calcium dependency is far lagging behind other ion channels. This article reviews the latest reports of CaCCs molecular basis of transmembrane protein TMEM16A discovery and establishment, structure features, calcium binding site, the current mechanism, and related physiological function and pathological and pharmacological functions of hotspot issues, and development trend for future research on this field.
