      目的:研究血清心肌酶谱及心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的诊断价值。方法:选取2012 年11 月到2014 年 11月我院收治的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿70 例(研究组),另选同期健康新生儿70 例(对照组),采用生化仪检测入选者血清 心肌酶谱,应用化学发光法检测血清cTnI,比较两组血清心肌酶谱和cTnI水平。结果:研究组肌酸激酶(CK)、天门冬氨酸氨基转 移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、a-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计 学意义(P<0.05);研究组cTnI水平显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CK-MB检测灵敏度最高,cTnI检测 的特异性最高。结论:血清心肌酶谱及cTnI对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病具有重要的诊断价值,为临床治疗提供一定依据。

      Objective:To study the value of serum myocardial enzyme spectrum and cTnI in diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods:Selected 70 cases of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (as study group) who were treated in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2014, and chose another 70 health neonates during the same period (as control group), adopted biochemical instrument to detect serum myocardial enzyme spectrum, and applied chemistry chemiliuminescence to detect cTnI, then compared the serum myocardial enzyme spectrum and cTnl levels of two groups.Results:CK, AST, CK-MB, HBDH and LDH of study group was significantly higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); cTnI level of study group was significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);CK-MB was the highest sensitivity detection index, cTnI was the highest specificity detection index.Conclusion:Serum myocardial enzyme spectrum and cTnI play important roles in the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and they will provide the reference for clinical treatment.
