目的:探讨BiPAP 无创呼吸机辅助呼吸治疗急性心肌梗死低氧血症的临床疗效和护理措施。方法:选取我院2013年8 月至
2014 年12 月抢救中心急性心肌梗死伴低氧血症患者,在常规治疗及高流量吸氧后,末梢血氧饱和度(SPO2)< 90%者40 例,采用
无创呼吸机辅助治疗并加强护理,观察治疗后血气指标SPO2、PaO2和PaCO2的变化。结果:所有患者在无创通气30 min后SPO2
均升至90%以上,而PO2升至正常低限,1 h后PaO2恢复正常。结论:无创呼吸机辅助治疗是治疗急性心肌梗死低氧血症的有效

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of nursing interventions on the non-invasive ventilation of patients with
hypoxemia after acute myocardial infarction.Methods:40 patients with hypoxemia after acute myocardial infarction who were treated in
our hospital fromAugust 2013 to December 2012 were selected. All the patients received the conventional therapy and the non-invasive
ventilators treatment. Then the blood pH value, partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2) were observed
and compared.Results:The levels of SPO2 of all patients were above 90%30 min later after ventilation, and PaO2 was approached
to normal lower limit. The blood level of PaO2 recovered to normal 1h later.Conclusion:Non-invasive ventilators were valid in ameliorating
hypoxemia after acute myocardial infarction |
