Objective:To conduct the nutrition guidance and body mass control for pregnant women during pregnancy, and explore
its influence on pregnancy outcome. Methods:A total of 150 pregnant and parturient women, who were admitted to Yulin Red
Cross Hospital from February 2011 to February 2014, were selected and randomly divided into research group (n=75) and control group
(n=75). The control group was given regular gynecological examination, while the research group was given the nutrition guidance and
body mass control under the guidance of medical staff. Then the delivery mode, pregnant women status during pregnancy and perinatal
fetus conditions in the two groups were compared. Results:Cesarean delivery rate (17.33%) in the research group was significantly lower
than that (57.33%) of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The rates of anemia, less amniotic fluid and
postpartum hemorrhage in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically
significant (P<0.05). The gestational age, macrosomia and fetal distress rate in the research group were significantly lower than those in
the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Conducting the nutrition guidance and controlling
body mass in a reasonable range for pregnant and parturient women during pregnancy can improve the pregnancy outcomes, decrease the
incidence of complications during pregnancy and improve the perinatal fetus conditions, which can guarantee the health of pregnant
women and infants. |
