目的:分析肝细胞肝癌与正常肝组织中RICH2 蛋白表达之间的关系,探讨RICH2 在肝细胞肝癌发生发展中的作用机理。方
法:选取19 例肝细胞肝癌患者作为研究对象,用免疫组织化学方法检测肝癌组织和癌旁正常组织中RICH2 的表达情况并采用
Friedrich 免疫反应评分法作为判定标准。采用非参数Wilcoxon 秩和检验对RICH2 在肝细胞肝癌和正常组织中的评分结果进行
统计学分析。结果:19 例HCC 病例癌旁正常组织中RICH2 表达阳性率为100 %(19/19),其中RICH2 表达强阳性(+++)5 例
(26.3 %),RICH2表达弱阳性(+)和中阳性(++)分别为3 例(15.8 %)和11 例(57.9 %);而HCC 组织除了两例肝硬化组织未取到
癌组织外,17 例病例中RICH2表达阳性率仅为11.8 %(2/17),表达为+和++各占50%。肝癌组织中RICH2 的表达水平显著低
于癌旁组织。结论:RICH2 有可能通过某种或者其中几种因素作用失活,作用于信号通路,进而促进肝细胞肝癌的发生发展。研究
其作用机理,可为临床诊断、治疗及预后评估提供理论依据。 |

Objective:To analyze RICH2 expression levels of hepatocellular carcinoma and normal paraneoplastic tissue, and to
investigate the role of RICH2 in the occurrence and development of HCC.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the
expression levels of Rich2 in 19 cases of HCC tissues and their adjacent tissues. Friedrich immunoreactivity score was used as the judge
criteria and the grades of HCC and normal tissue were statistical analyzed according to Wilcoxon Nonparam etricrank-sum test.Results:100 percent of normal tissue in the HCC cases have positive RICH2 expression (19/19), of which 5 cases expressed positive RICH2
strongly (+++)(5cases,26.3 %), 3 cases expressed positive RICH2 weakly (+)(3cases, 15.8 %) and 11cases expressed positive RICH2
moderately(++)(11cases, 57.9 %). While the percentage of positive RICH2 of 17 HCC cases was 11.8 %(2/17), case scored + and ++accounts
a half respectively. Carcinoma tissue were failed to be got of the other 2 cases because the specimens only showed hepatic cirrhosis.
The result showed a lower RICH2 expression in the HCC tissue than the normal tissue.Conclusion:Inactivation of RICH2 resulted
fromcertain factors affects the signal pathway in advance induces the HCC. We aimto research the pathogenesis to assist on the clinic diagnosis,
treatment and prognosis. |
