(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血脂和Leptin、TNF- alpha、FFA 等指标,并比较两组之间的差异,观察Leptin、TNF- alpha、FFA 和肥胖相关指
标的相关关系。结果:研究组甘油三脂(TG)、极低密度脂蛋白- 胆固醇(VLDL-C)、Leptin、FINS 、FPG、TNF- alpha、FFA 以及HOMA
模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)分别为(1.98± 0.31)mmol/L、(0.76± 0.02)mmol/L、(15.14± 0.04)ug/L、(20.56± 0.04)mmol/L、
(5.93± 0.04)mmol/L、(43.98± 0.14)ng/L、(0.17± 0.01)mmol/L 和(5.37± 0.25)均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意

Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of serum Leptin, TNF-alpha,FA in obesity patients.Methods:30 cases of obesity were selected fromour hospital fromMay 2013 to May 2014(the study group), 30 cases of non-obesity were
also selected as the control group, the fasting plasma glucose (FPG), fasting insulin (FINS), lipids and Leptin, TNF-琢, FFA and other
indicators of two groups were measured and compare between the two groups, correlation between Leptin, TNF-alpha, FFA and
obesity-related indicators were observed.Results:The levels of triglyceride (TG), very low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (VLDL-C),
Leptin, FINS, FPG, TNF- alpha, FFA and HOMA model of insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) of the study group were (1.98± 0.31)
mmol/L, (0.76± 0.02) mmol/L, (15.14± 0.04) ug/L, (20.56± 0.04) mmol/L, (5.93± 0.04) mmol/L, (43.98± 0.14) ng/L, (0.17± 0.01)
mmol/L and (5.37± 0.25), significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=9.423, 8.979,
9.074, 10.082, 9.089, 9.562, 9.065, 10.083 all P<0.05), the insulin sensitivity index (ISI) of the study group was (0.011 ± 0.002)
significantly lower than that (0.021± 0.001) of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t=11.428, P=0.012); FFA
had positive correlations with TG, HOMA-IR and FINS (r=0.842, 0.796, 0.879, P=0.017.0.019, 0.023), while had a negative correlation
with ISI (r=-0.958, P=0.021); Leptin had a positive correlation with BMI, HOMA-IR and FINS (r=0.793, 0.869, 0.837, P=0.018, 0.022,
0.017), and a negative correlation with ISI (r=-0.905, P=0.011); TNF-alpha and ISI were negatively correlated (r= -0.807, P=0.013).Conclusion:The serumLeptin, TNF-alpha and FFA are significantly higher in obesity, and had correlation with other obesity indexes. |
