      目的:研究上皮间质转化标志物(E-cadherin、beta-catenin 、vimentin)和Snail 在子宫内膜异位症( endometriosis,EMs) 中的表 达。方法:选取40 例EMs患者(实验组)异位内膜及在位内膜,同时获取20 例非EMs患者(对照组)的正常子宫内膜,采用免疫组 化法研究Snail、EMT 上皮标志物(E-cadherin、beta-catenin)、间质标志物(vimentin)在各内膜组织中的表达,并比较其表达水平。结 果:EMs患者异位内膜和在位内膜的EMT 上皮标志物E-cadherin、beta-catenin 表达均显著低于正常内膜的表达(P<0.05);EMs 患者 异位内膜和在位内膜的EMT 间质标志物vimentin 表达均显著高于正常内膜的表达(P<0.05);EMs 患者异位内膜和在位内膜中 Snail表达显著高于正常内膜的表达(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)中,Snail、vimentin表达上调,E-cadherin、beta-catenin 表 达下调可能与子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的发生、发展及浸润转移有关。

      Objective:To explore the expression of Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition Maker (E-cadherin, beta-catenin, vimentin) and Snail in endometriosis (EMs).Methods:The ectopic endometrium and endometrium samples were collected from 40 patients who were be diagnosed with endometriosis (experimental group ). The normal endometria samples were collected from 16 patients who without endometriosis (control group). We use the immunohistochemical method to research the expression of Snail, EMT epithelial markers (E-cadherin, beta-catenin) and mesenchymal markers (vimentin) in the endometrium tissue, and compare their expression level.Results:The expressions of E-cadherin and beta-catenin in EMs eutopic and ectopic endometrium was significantly lower than that the normal endometrium(P<0.05). The expression of vimentin in EMs eutopic and ectopic endometriumwas significantly higher than that the normal endometrium (P<0.05). The expressions of Snail in EMs eutopic and ectopic endometrium was significantly higher than that the normal endometrium (P<0.05).Conclusion:In endometriosis, Snail, vimentin upregulation, E-cadherin, beta-catenin downregulation, Suggesting that they may be related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of endometriosis (EMs).
