目的:研究经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取我院骨科收治的骨质疏松性椎体
压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者80 例,并将其随机分为两组,其中保守治疗组40 例,予卧硬板床、功能锻炼配合药物常规治疗;手术治疗
组40 例,予PVP手术配合药物治疗。观察比较治疗前后两组患者的疼痛评分(VAS)、活动能力评分、Cobb's 角及椎体高度。结果:
①治疗后,两组患者的VAS 评分与治疗前相比均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后1 周,手术组的VAS 评分与保守组比较,明显降低
(P<0.05);②治疗后,两组患者的活动能力评分与治疗前相比均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后1 周,手术组活动能力评分与保守组比
较明显降低(P<0.05);③治疗后1 月,两组患者的Cobb's 角与治疗前相比均明显减小(P<0.05),椎体高度均明显恢复,差异有统
计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折具有良好的临床疗效,值得深入研究。 |

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral
compression fractures.Methods:80 cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) admitted in our hospital were selected
and randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases of the conservative treatment group were treated with hard bed, functional exercise and
medication, while another 40 cases of the operation group were treated with drug and PVP. Then the visuai analogue scale (VAS), activity
rating scale, Cobb 's angle and vertebral height were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results:① After treat
ment, the VAS scores of two groups significantly decreased than before (P<0.05); When compared with the conservative group, the VAS
score of operation group decreased significantly (P<0.05). ② After treatment, the activity score of two groups significantly decreased
compared with those before treatment (P<0.05); at 1st week after treatment, compared with the conservative group, the activity score of
operation group decreased significantly(P<0.05); ③After treatment, the Cobb 's angles of both groups significantly decreased when compared
with before, and the vertebral height significantly restored (P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous vertebroplasty had a good clinical
efficacy in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, which was worthy of further study. |
