目的:研究清血消脂片对代谢性炎症小鼠血脂和血清炎症因子IL-6、MIP-1a 以及NF-kB 和PPARrmRNA 表达的影响。方
法:60 只雄性C57 小鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组、立普妥组、清血消脂片组(n=15)。采用高脂饮食联合脂多糖注射造成小鼠代谢
性炎症模型。造模5 周后,按成人临床等效剂量换算成小鼠剂量灌胃给药,每天两次,连续灌胃5 周。处死后采血和取肝脏,检测
各组小鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG) 和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,并采用流式细胞术检测血清炎症因子IL-6 和
MIP-1a 水平。反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)法测定肝脏NF-kB 和PPARrmRNA的表达。结果:与模型组相比,清血消脂片组
小鼠血清TC和LDL-C水平明显降低(P<0.01),血清炎症因子IL-6 和MIP-1a 水平明显降低(P<0.01),清血消脂片组小鼠肝脏组
织中NF-kB mRNA的表达显著降低(P<0.05),PPARrmRNA 的表达显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:清血消脂片可降低代谢性炎症小鼠
血脂和血清炎症因子IL-6 和MIP-1a 水平,并可通过调控核转录因子NF-kB 和PPARr受体,抑制小鼠体内代谢性炎症,从而可

Objective:To study the effect of Qingxuexiaozhipian on the blood lipids and the expression of inflammatory factors,
such as IL-6, MIP-1a, NF-kB and PPAR-rmRNA of the metaflammatory mice.Methods:Sixty male C57 mice were randomly divided
into normal group, model group, lipitor group and Qingxuexiaozhipian group (n=15). High-fat diets joining lipopolysaccharide injection
were used to build the metabolic inflammatory model in mice. Five weeks later, all groups in addition to the normal group were given a
gavage twice a day for five weeks, according to the dose conversed from the clinical equivalent dose. When finished, the blood and liver
was collected, and the serum level of cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) was tested, and
the serumlevel of IL - 6 and MCP-1 was detected using flow cytometry. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was
used to detect the expression of NF-kB and PPAR-rmRNA in liver.Results:Compared with the model group, the serum TC, LDL - C,
IL-6 and MIP-1a level of Qingxuexiaozhipian group was significantly decreased (P<0.01). The results of RT-PCR showed the expression
of NF-kB mRNA in liver tissue was decreased significantly (P<0.05), while the expression of PPAR-rmRNA was significantly increased
(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingxuexiaozhipian can reduce the blood lipid, IL-6 and M1P-1a level in metabolic inflammation mice, and can
inhibit metabolic inflammation in mice through regulating nuclear transcription factor NF-kB and PPAR-r receptors, which might have
an intervention effect in the early atherosclerosis. |
