Objective:To investigate the expression of ten molecular biomarkers which are EGFR, HER-2, P53, ER, Ki-67, PR,
VEGF, TopⅡ alpha, PDGFR-beta and PDGFR-alpha in endometrial carcinoma. Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the
expression of EGFR, HER-2, P53, ER, Ki-67, PR, VEGF, TopⅡ alpha, PDGFR-beta and PDGFR-alpha in 199 cases of endometrial carcinoma
which were from January 2010 to November 2012 in our department, then x2 test was used to analyze the data. Results:The positive
expression rate in endometrial carcinoma of EGFR, HER-2 and PDGFR-alpha were correlated closely with clinical stage. And the positive
expression rate in endometrial carcinoma of ER and PR were correlated closely with clinical stage, histological grade and myometrial
invasion. P53, Ki-67, VEGF, TopⅡ alpha and PDGFR-beta were not correlated closely with clinical stage, histological grade and myometrial
invasion. Conclusion:Detection of expression of ten molecular biomarkers in endometrial carcinoma may be helpful to predict the
pathogenesis, progression, metastasis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. |
