Objective:To explore the application value of serological test in the clinical diagnosis of patients with fatty liver.Methods:42 cases of patients with fatty liver in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected as the observation group; 42 cases of people taking health examination at the same time in our hospital were selected as the control group. The test results of serological indicators of the two groups were compared to analyze the clinical diagnosis value in fatty liver. Results:ALT and AST levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant between the two groups (t=11.42, 13.17, P <0.05); the levels of TG and TC of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (t=7.35, 8.02, P <0.05).Conclusion:The serological indicators test of ALT, AST, TG and TC has an important clinical application value in the clinical diagnosis of patients with fatty liver, which can be used as an important method for clinical monitoring of fatty liver and is worthy of promotion.
