      目的: 探讨自 发性高血压大鼠(Spontaneously Hypertensive Rat,SHR)肠系膜微静脉白 细胞 - 内皮细胞相互作用和微淋巴管收 缩的特性。 方法: 取 8 周龄 Wistar 大鼠、 8 周龄 SHR( SHR8W)和 13 周龄 SHR( SHR1 3W), 麻醉、固定并暴露肠系膜后,微循环显微 镜下 观察肠 系 膜微循环 并 录像; 回 放录像, 计算 微静脉白 细 胞滚动数和 滚动 的 白 细 胞 - 内皮 细 胞接触 时 间( Rolling leukocyte-endothelial contact time, RLECT),用 VasTrack 自动测量系统对微淋巴管口径进行动态测量, 并计算微淋巴管收缩特性 指标。 结果: SHR13W 的 白 细 胞滚动数显著低于 Wistar; SHR8W 和 SHR13W 的 RLECT 均显著低于 Wistar, 且 SHR13W 的 RLECT 显著低于 SHR8W; 进一步按照管径分级后, 三组间 白 细胞滚动数在 10~ 20 滋m 管径级别 下未见差异;各个管径级别 下, SHR8W 和 SHR1 3W 的 RLECT 均未见差异。 SHR1 3W 的淋巴管收缩分数显著低于 Wistar 和 SHR8W; SHR8W 及 SHR1 3W 的总 收缩活性指数均显著低于 Wistar; SHR1 3W 的淋巴管动力指数显著低于 Wistar。 结论: SHR 肠系膜微静脉白细胞滚动数及 RLECT 减少, 其中白细胞滚动数在不同 管径级别 微静脉中的分布不均匀 , 而 RLECT 随 SHR 周 龄降低, 意味着 SHR 淋巴管收缩功能降 低。

      Objective:To explore the venular leukocyte-endothelium interaction (LEI) and micro lymphatic vessel contractility in SHR mesentery.. Animals included 8-week-old Wistar rats, 8-week-old SHRs and 1 3-week-old SHRs. All rats were male. Following anesthesia, all these rats were fixed before the exteriorization of the mesenteric tissue. And then, microscope was used for recording a video of mesenteric microcirculation. According to the video, rolling leukocyte number and RLECT were calculated. Diameter and contract frequency of micro lymphatic vessel were measured automatically by VasTrack software for calculating the lymphatic contractility indices. The number of rolling leukocyte in SHR1 3W is significantly lower than that of Wistar before diameter gradation was conducted. The difference among the three groups was not found in the 10 ~ 20 滋m range after diameter gradation. The statistical difference in RLECT between Wistar and either SHR8W or SHR13 was found again after diameter gradation, but the significant difference between SHR8W and SHR13W found before diameter gradation was not found after diameter gradation. Lymphatic contraction fraction in SHR1 3W was significantly lower than that in Wistar and SHR8W. Both SHR8W and SHR13W had a decreased total contraction index compared with that of Wistar. Lymphatic dynamic index in SHR 13W was significantly lower than that of Wistar. Venules in SHR mesentery have a decreased number of rolling leukocyte and RLECT, with its number of rolling leukocyte distributed not evenly among venules of different diameter ranges, while RLECT decreases with age in SHR, which means that Lymphatic vessel contract ability of SHR is decreased.
