| 目的：观察早期声带癌患者CO2激光手术后应用普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗的临床效果。方法：将CO2激光喉早期声带癌显
微手术后患者120 例随机分成2 组，其中实验组60 例应用普米克令舒雾化吸入，每日2 次，每次1 mg；对照组60例采用地塞米
松5 mg，庆大霉素8万u，糜蛋白酶4000u 日2 次混合雾化吸入，同时使用7 天，对比2 组术后呼吸困难、粘膜水肿、发热、声嘶、
疼痛等发生情况效果。结果：实验组的患者，术后愈复天数、呼吸困难及咳嗽发生率明显低于对照组，差异有显著性意义( P<0.
05)，而术后发热情况及声音嘶哑情况二者无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论：普米克令舒雾化吸入能有效缩短喉CO2激光显微外科手
术患者的痊愈时间。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of nebulized pulmieort respules after CO2 laser microsurgery.Methods:After CO2 laser microsurgery laryngeal early vocal cord carcinoma, 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the
experimental group with 60 cases applied at pulmieort atomization inhalation 2 times a day, and control group with 60 patients with
dexamethasone 5 mg, gentamicin 80000 u and chymotrypsin 4000 u mixing atomization inhalation used at the same time for 7 days. The
effect of the two groups after operation, postoperative dyspnea, mucosal edema, fever and pain were compared.Results:In the
experimental group, postoperative healing after days, the risk of dyspnea and cough were obviously lower than that in the control group,
with significant differences (P < 0.05), while the postoperative fever and hoarse with no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion:Pulmieort respules can effectively shorten the recovery time of CO2 laser microsurgery. |
