      目的:探讨18氟-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET/CT 对淋巴瘤诊断、分期和疗效的评价价值。方法:入选我院2008 年1 月 至2013 年1 月收治的52 例经手术病理证实为淋巴瘤的患者,均进行18F-FDG PET/CT 检查,并与病理结果进行比较,评价诊断价 值,治疗前后对比分期改变,评价疗效和改变治疗方案。结果:PET/CT 诊断发现异常高代谢情况51 例(98.1%),其对淋巴瘤检查 的灵敏度为98.1%(51/52),诊断率与病理结果比较相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,11 例(21.2%)完全恢复,PET/CT 未见高代谢或肿大情况,3 例(5.8%)临床分期上调,15 例(28.8%)分期下调,其中15 例(28.8%)改变治疗方案。结论:18F-FDG PET/CT 对淋巴瘤诊断准确性高,在分期和疗效评价中具有重要意义,有助于准确分期并鉴别残余病变性质。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To investigate value of the fluorine -18- fluorodeoxyglucose(18F-FDG)PET/CT for lymphoma diagnosis, staging and treatment evaluation.Methods:52 cases of confirmed by operation and pathology of lymphoma patients were treated from January 2008 to January 2013 in our hospital as the object of study, all underwent (18F-FDG)PET/CT examination, and compared with the pathological results, evaluated the value of diagnostic, and before and after the treatment stage change, to evaluate the efficacy and change of the treatment plan.Results:PET/CT diagnosis of abnormal high metabolism in 51 cases (98.1%), the sensitivity for detecting lymphoma was 98.1% (51/52), rate and pathological results of diagnosis is quite, there was no significant difference (P>0.05), after treatment, 11 cases (21.2%) recovered completely, no high metabolism or swelling was found by PET OR CT in 3 cases (5.8%), clinical stage increased, 15 cases (28.8%) stage down, including 15 cases of (28.8%) to change the treatment.Conclusion:(18F-FDG)PET/CT on lymphoma diagnosis accuracy is high, has the vital significance in staging and evaluation of therapeutic effect, conduce to accurate staging and differential residual lesions.
