      目的:研究尾加压素Ⅱ(Urotensin -Ⅱ,U-Ⅱ)、内皮素(Endocilin ,ET)、肾上腺素质素(Adrenomedullin,ADM)在高血压患者血 浆中含量的变化并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用放射免疫法测定40 例正常人和120 例原发性高血压(所有患者既往未服用过降 压药物)患者血浆中尾加压素、内皮素、肾上腺素质素的血浆含量。结果:高血压患者血浆中U-Ⅱ、ET 及ADM含量明显高于正常 对照组(3.275± 1.257 pmol/L vs 1.802± 0.639 pmol/L, P<0.01),(65.884± 10.882 vs 51.831± 6.488 pmol/L),(38.467± 10.496 vs 21.319± 5.646 pmol/L)。患者血浆中U-Ⅱ水平与收缩压(r=0.371, P<0.01)及舒张压(r=0.262, P<0.01)水平呈正相关。血浆中U-Ⅱ 水平与ET 水平无显著相关性(rET=0.08,P>0.05),血浆中U-Ⅱ水平与ADM水平正相关(rADM=0.253, P<0.05)。结论:多种血管活 性物质共同参与高血压的病理生理过程。U-Ⅱ、ET 及ADM的含量变化可能作为高血压严重程度的指标。

      Objective:To observe the changes of plasma urotensin-Ⅱ, ET and ADMlevels in patients with hypertension and to illustrate clinical significance of its changes.Methods:120 patients with HP and 40 age and gender- matched control subjects were studied. Plasma U-Ⅱ, ET and ADM levels of 120 patients with HP and 40 control subjects were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results:The plasma U-Ⅱ, ET and ADM levels were significantly higher in patients with HP than that in control subjects (3.275± 1.257)VS(1.802± 0.639)pmol/L, (65.884± 10.882 vs 51.831± 6.488 pmol/L), (38.467± 10.496 vs 21.319± 5.646 pmol/L). The plasma U-Ⅱ levels have direct correlation to systolic pressure (r=0.371, P<0.01) and diastolic pressure (r=0.262, P<0.01). The plasma U-Ⅱlevels have no correlation to ET levels (rET=0.08, P>0.05), but have direct correlation to ADMlevels(rADM=0.253, P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of hypertension, plasma levels of U-Ⅱ , ET and ADMshowed gradually increasing changes. U-Ⅱ, ET and ADMmight play a certain role in the pathophysiology of HP. The plasma levels of U-Ⅱ, ET and ADMmaybe assess the severity of HP.
