      目的:探讨结直肠癌中IGF-Ⅱ、IGF-l R以及IGFBP-3 等的阳性表达及诊断价值。方法:收集我院45 例结直肠癌、33 例炎性 息肉、40例腺瘤以及35 例正常肠粘膜组织予以免疫组织化学SP 法进行IGF-Ⅱ、IGF-l R以及IGFBP-3 检测,并统计结直肠腺瘤 不同组织类型和结直肠癌不同Dukes 分期的阳性表达差异。结果:结直肠癌组织中IGF-Ⅱ、IGF-l R以及IGFBP-3 表达均呈高阳 性率,并且显著高于其他3 组(P<0.05)。结直肠腺瘤管状、混合型、绒毛状等不同组织类型IGF-Ⅱ、IGF-l R 以及IGFBP-3 表达阳性 率呈逐渐增高趋势,绒毛状腺瘤显著高于其他两型(P<0.05)。45 例结直肠癌中,Dukes分期A、B两期显著低于C期和D期,比较 差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:IGF-Ⅱ、IGF-l R 以及IGFBP-3可能在结直肠腺瘤发生、发展及进展为结直肠癌的过程中起一定 作用,对结直肠癌早期诊断具有一定价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To investigate the value of positive expression and diagnosis of colorectal cancer IGF- II, IGF-l R and IGFBP-3 etc.Methods:45 cases of colorectal cancer, 33 cases of inflammatory polyp, 40 cases of adenoma, 35 cases of normal intestinal mucosa in our hospital were selected , immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect IGF-Ⅱ , IGF-l R and IGFBP-3, the positive expression of different tissues of colorectal adenoma and different type Dukes colorectal cancer staging were compered.Results:The colorectal cancer tissue showed a high positive rate of IGF- Ⅱ, IGF-l R and IGFBP-3 expression, and were significantly higher than the other 3 groups (P<0.05). Colorectal adenoma tubular, mixed type, villous, different tissue types of IGF-Ⅱ , IGF-l R, the positive rate of IGFBP-3 expression was gradually increased, villous adenoma was significantly higher than that of other two types (P<0.05). In 45 cases of colorectal carcinoma, Dukes stage A, B period was significantly lower than that of C phase and D phase, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:IGF-Ⅱ , IGF-l R, and IGFBP-3 may play a role in the process of colorectal adenoma occurrence and progression to colorectal cancer, and have a certain clinical value in early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
