      目的:探讨CysC、mALB 和尿BGM联合检测在2 型糖尿病早期肾损中的临床价值。方法:选取2010 年11 月至2013 年6 月我院内分泌科收治的130 名2 型糠尿病患者,根据空腹血糖值的不同程度将其分为A、B 两组,A 组72 例,B 组58 例,另选取 同期在我院体检的年龄、性别等资料与之匹配的64 名健康者设为C组。分别对其CysC、mALB 和尿BGM进行测定,并进行对比 分析。结果:通过分析可知,A组和B组的Cys C分别为(3.29± 1.09)mg/L、(2.86± 1.05)mg/L,相对于C组的(0.87± 0.99)mg/ L,均明显升高,但A 组升高更加明显;A 组、B 组、C组的mALB分别为(37.36± 4.82)mg/L、(36.55± 4.31)mg/L、(6.61± 3.84) mg/L,B 组高于A 组,C 组高于A 组和B 组;三组的BGM 中,以A 组最高,为(634.15± 55.24)ug/L,B 组其次,为(626.92± 48.18)ug/L,均高于C 组的(57.12± 11.75)ug/L;Cys C、mALB、BGM 等阳性指标的检出率分别为76.15%、77.69%、72.31%,而 Cys C、mALB、BGM联合检测的检出率为93.85%,明显高于其他单指标检测。且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:对CysC、 mALB 和尿BGM进行联合检测对2 型糖尿病早期肾损患者具有较高的检出率,相对于单指标检测,敏感性更高。

      Objective:To investigate the clinical value of CysC, mALB and urine BGMcombined detection of early renal damage in type 2 diabetes.Methods:From November 2010 to June 2013, 130 patients with type 2 chaff in urine treated in Endocrinology Department of our hospital were selected and divided, according to different levels of fasting blood glucose values , into Group A and Group B, with 72 cases and 58 cases respectively. 64 healthy people who had physical examination in our hospital over the same period with similar age, sex and other data were selected as Group C. Respectively, of its CysC, mALB BGM and urine were measured and compared.Results:The analysis shows that, CysC of Group A and of Group B was, respectively (3.29± 1.09) mg / L, (2.86± 1.05) mg / L, both increased more significantly than that of GroupC (0.87± 0.99) mg / L, and more obvious in Group A; mALB of the three groups were (37.36± 4.82) mg / L, (36.55± 4.31) mg / L, and (6.61± 3.84) mg / L, group B than in group A, and highest in Group C; BGM in Group A was the highest (634.15± 55.24) ug / L, second in Group B (626.92± 48.18) ug / L, respectively, and lowest in Group C (57.12 ± 11.75) ug / L; Cys C, mALB, BGM and other positive indicators detection rates were respectively 76.15%, 77.69%, and 72.31%, while the Cys C, mALB, BGMjoint detection rate was 93.85%, significantly higher than other single-index detection. And P<0. 05, with statistically significant difference.Conclusion:Cys C, mALB and urine BGM joint detection of early renal damage in type 2 diabetes patients with high detection rate, as opposed to a single index detection sensitivity is higher.
