目的:研究PTEN 与PIK3-Akt 通路在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化技术检测正常子宫内膜组织(24
例)、子宫内膜样腺癌组织(55 例)及子宫内膜浆液性癌组织(26例)中PTEN、P13Kp110α 及p-AKTSer473 的表达情况,分析其表
达与组织病理参数的关系。结果:免疫组化结果显示:子宫内膜癌的PTEN表达缺失率,P13Kp110α 及p-AKTSer473 表达阳性
率均高于正常子宫内膜组织,且正常子宫内膜组织与子宫内膜样腺癌组织比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着肌层浸润深度增加,
PTEN表达缺失率增加(P<0.05)。结论:PTEN的表达缺失及P13Kp110α 与p-AKTSer473 的表达可能与子宫内膜癌的发生发展
有关,尤其是在子宫内膜样腺癌的发生发展机制中占重要地位。 |

Objective:To study the expression of PTEN, PI3K-Akt signal pathway and their clinical significance in endometrial
cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemistry technology was used to detect the expression of PTEN, P13Kp110 alpha and p-AKTSer473 in
normal endometrial tissues (24 cases), endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues (55 cases) and endometrial serous carcinoma tissues(26
cases). The relationship between the expression and the pathological parameters of tissues were analyzed.Results:Immunohistochemistry
showed: The negative expression of PTEN and the positive expression of P13Kp110-alpha and p-AKTSer473 in endometrial cancer tissues
were higher than that in normal endometrial tissues, statistically significant differences were found in the comparison of normal
endometrial tissues and endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues (P<0.05); negative expression of PTEN increased with the increase of
muscular layer infiltration depth (P<0.05).Conclusion:Immunohistochemistry
