摘要目的:探讨胃癌患者外周血中白介素17(IL-17)、白介素6(IL-6)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的表达水平及其临床意义。方
法:选择2009 年1 月~2010 年1 月我院收治的50 例胃癌患者(观察组)及同期50 例健康对照者(对照组)为研究对象,采用
ELISA法检测和比较其外周血中IL-17、IL-6 和TGF-β1 的水平,并分析胃癌患者外周血中IL-17、IL-6 和TGF-β1 水平与其临床
病理特征之间的相关性。结果:观察组患者外周血中IL-17、IL-6和TGF-β1 的水平分别为(8.51± 2.68) pg/ml、(7.81± 5.41) pg/ml和
(1093.42± 831.21) pg/ml,均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。胃癌患者的血清IL-17、TGF-β1 的水平与其年龄、性别、临床分期、有
无淋巴结转移、分化程度、肿瘤部位及大小均无明显相关性(P>0.05);而血清IL-6 的水平与肿瘤的大小相关(P<0.05),但与其他临
床病理特征无关(P>0.05);血清IL-17 水平与IL-6、TGF-β1 的水平均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:血清IL-17、IL-6 和TGF-β1 水
平的升高与胃癌的发生有关,但IL-6 和TGF-β1 可能不是血清中IL-17 生成的诱导因子 |

ABSTRACT Objective:To explore the expression level of seruminterleukin (IL)-17, IL-6 and transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1
in patient with gastric cancer and their clinical significances. Methods:Total 50 patients with gastric cancer (observation group) and 50
healthy controls (control group) were enrolled as subjects from January 2009 to January 2010. Levels of serum IL-17, IL-6 and TGF-β1
were detected and compared by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and relationship between levels of serum IL-17, IL-6 and
TGF-β1 and the clinical pathological characteristics was also analyzed.Results: Compared with healthy controls, patients with gastric
cancer showed higher levels of serumIL-17, IL-6 and TGF-β1, with the value of (8.51± 2.68) pg/ml, (7.81± 5.41) pg/ml and (1093.42±
831.21) pg/ml respectively (P<0.01). The concentration of serumIL-17 and TGF-β1 had no significant differences between age, sex, tumor
stage, histological differentiation, tumor location and tumor size (P>0.05), while serum IL-6 had positive relation with tumor size
(P<0.05) . There were no relations between expression of IL-17 and IL-6, TGF-β1. Conclusion:Increased expression of serum IL-17,
IL-6 and TGF-β1 might be involved in the development of gastric cancer. IL-6 and TGF-β1 might not be the stimulating factors for inducing
IL-17 generation in peripheral blood in gastric cancer. |
