      目的:探讨原发性高血压合并不同类型冠心病患者血清C- 反应蛋白(CRP)的变化及其意义。方法:用全自动生化分析仪检 测71 例原发性高血压患者和28例健康对照组人群的血清CRP 水平,所有研究对象均行选择性冠状动脉造影检查。将原发性高 血压组病人根据冠脉造影检查分为单纯原发性高血压组(EH),原发性高血压合并稳定性心绞痛组(EH+SAP)、原发性高血压合并 不稳定心绞痛组(EH+UAP)、原发性高血压合并心肌梗死组(EH+MI),比较各组患者血清CRP 水平的差异。结果:①与对照组比 较,EH 组及EH合并CAD 各组患者血清CRP 均显著升高(P<0.05);②与EH 组比较,EH+UAP 和EH+MI 组血清CRP水平均显 著升高(P<0.01);③与EH+SAP组比较,EH+AMI组和EH+UAP 组血清CRP水平均显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:冠心病合并原发性 高血压患者血CRP 水平与冠状动脉病变程度与斑块稳定程度存在正相关性。

      Objective:To study the changes and clinic significance of Serum C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease (CAD) and hypertension (EH).Methods:CRP levels of 71 patients with hypertension (EH) was diagnosed by coronary angiography, and 28 persons without the disease (control group) were measured with automatic biochemical analysator. All the EH patients were divided into sub-groups of hypertension (EH), hypertension with stable angina pectoris (EH+SAP), hypertension with unstable angina pectoris(EH+UAP) and hypertension with acute myocardial infarction(EH+AMI). All patients and control group people were operated coronary angiography.Results:① Compared with that of control group, CRP in patients with EH significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05); ② Compared with that of control group, CRP in patients with EH+SAP, EH+UAP and EH+AMI sinnificantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05); ③ Compared with that of EH group, CRP in patients with EH+UAP and EH+AMI were significantly higher (P<0.01), also, compared with that of patients with EH+SAP, CRP in patients with EH+UAP and EH+AMI were markedly higher (P<0.01).Conclusion:There is positive correlation between level of CRP in patients with coronary artery disease and hypertension.
