      摘要目的:研究DDAH2 启动子区-1150 C/A rs805304多态性与中国汉族人群冠心病之间的相关性。方法:应用限制性片段长度 多态性聚合酶链反应(PCR-RFLP)的分析方法,对381 例冠心病患者和629 例健康人群中DDAH2 基因A-1150C rs805304 多态 进行基因分型。结果:病例组和对照组A-1150C rs805304 位点基因型分布均符合Hardy-Wenberg平衡;两组间A-1150C位点基因 型间无显著性的差异(P=0.34);病例组和对照组A-1150C 位点的等位频率分布也无显著的差别,但是在冠心病病例中,A 等位频 率有低于C 等位频率的趋势(P=0.069)。结论:DDAH2 启动子区-1150 C/A rs805304 多态性与中国汉族人群冠心病的发病不相 关。

      ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the association of DDAH2 promoter -1150 C/A rs805304 polymorphisms with coronary heart disease susceptibility in a Chinese Han population by a case-control study.Methods: Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to genotype the SNP. We performed a case-control analysis including a total of 381cases and 629 healthy controls. Results:Genotype distribution of the DDAH2 rs805304 polymorphism in both groups were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Our pooled result indicated that there is no significant difference in the genotype distribution between the CAD cases and controls (P=0.34). However, comparing withA allele frequency, the C allele frequency have a lower tendency in cases of coronary heart disease(P=0.069). Conclusion:the polymorphism(rs805304) of DDAH2 is not associated with the CAD.
